Aviation Background: I've had the airplane bug my whole life. From a very young age I started building and flying model airplanes. I received a bachelor's degree from the University of North Dakota where I completed my initial flight training including the aerobatic course. From there I flew Grand Canyon tours for a couple of years to build flight time and in 1994 was hired on with American Eagle. In 1999 I went to work at Delta where at present I fly the 737 based in Salt Lake City. My passion has always been aerobatics. In 1995 my close friend Mark Leseberg purchased a Pitts project, and together we spent the next five years rebuilding and getting it competition read. I started flying contests in 2001.

Aircraft: Pitts S-1S

Hobbies: Wake boarding, skiing, flying radio controlled model airplanes and helicopters.

Interesting Facts: The N number on my airplane is a tribute to Leo Loudenslager. N17NV stands for 1 World and 7 National Victories.
